Bodil Haheim – The Inspired Mic Spotlight – April 2015

The Inspired Mic rises again this month at Leroy’s 19th Hole at Cypress Knoll. Each month we bring fourteen presenters who deliver their creative talent in myriad mediums. The Inspired Mic boasts writers of all genres, magicians, musicians, mentalists, actors, motivational speakers, painters, just to name a few. We have three teenagers stepping up to the mic from Flagler Palm Coast High School this month! Pick your tickets up now, because they are $10 in advance, $15 at the door! Bodil Haheim has just published her first book Better Believe- A Story Of hope, under the pen name Ruby Lee Tuesday. Coming from a troubled past she chose this name due to the song of Rolling Stones, “She would never say there she came from. Yesterday don’t matter if it’s gone.”
That being said and her past being the past, nowadays, she is writing new songs and poetry.
She is still working on her first album “…butAlive!!!” as LadyLoveRebel. She just started working with Ivan Thomas and they will take her back onto the stage again. She is getting ready to start doing live-performances. She has a job at the National Poetry Month Festival, April 26. Where she will perform 2 songs. The event is emceed by Dr. David B. Axelrod. But for this event, at The Inspired Mic, she will perform her original song, “Whisper Your Name”.
